Clear Trace LLC maintains a strict no refund policy on all DNA testing services. Once a test has been ordered and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment for DNA testing services is required at the time of service. By scheduling and completing a test with Clear Trace LLC, you acknowledge and accept our no refund policy.
Test Results
Our laboratory performs comprehensive DNA testing with strict quality standards. If you have concerns about your test results or the accuracy of your results, please contact us immediately at info@cleartracllc.com or call (847) 584-3539. We will work with you to address any concerns, though this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Service Issues
If you experience issues with service delivery, testing procedures, or other concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. While we are committed to providing excellent service, service issues do not qualify for refunds under this policy.
